My 1st Stampin' Up workshop cards

Well, I have been busy trying to get sorted out for my 1st workshop next week and these are 2 of the cards I am going to get them to have a go at making.  I am so excited but I think that it will soon turn to nervousness.  It will be a group of ladies from church so people that I know who hopefully will give me some constructive feedback for the next one.  I hope that you like them.

This card I have done using just one colour.  I have done the background with the colour spritzer tool with the Rose Red write marker.  I then stamped the Triple Treat Flower on to  whisper white paper using the Rose Red Ink pad and punched it out using the flower punch.  I attached 2 of these with double tape and then made one of them 3D. I then put some buttons in the middle of the flower.  I then used the spotty frame from the four frames set again in the Rose Red ink pad and punched this out using the decorative frame punch.  To make sure the sentiment was in the right place I used the Stamp a ma jig to get the alignment accurate and I was so pleased with how that came out.  I guess I used the one colour to show just what you can do with a few different techniques.
This the 3rd card for my class. It is a small 4' by 4' square. I have used blue cardstock from Stampin' Up, I then used the cupcake roller to create the background and inked this with Baya Breeze blue.  I used the crazy for cupcakes stamp set and stamped this onto whisper white and coloured in using write markers.  I used one of the frames from the four frame set and punched it out using the frame punch.  I used the sentiment from the cupcake set and got it right where I wanted it using the Stamp a ma jig.

For this card, I have used black cardstock from Stampin' Up  for the back background and then I used Real Red cardstock for the next background.  I used Whisper white to stamp the image onto and cut this to the right size so I knew how much space I would have.  I then used the Stamp a ma jig and the greenhouse garden 2 step stamp set to create the orgeous flower.  I wasn't happy with all the white space left at the bottom so I used the same cardstock to create a bit along the bottom and also a background for the happy birthday sentiment.  For the sentiment I used happy birthday from the teeny tiny wishes and punched it out using the word window.  I then just added a little bow in whisper white satin ribbon next to it to add a little extra. The ink pads I used were Real Red, Old Olive and Basic Black.

I really hope they are going to enjoy themselves
